Builds the site content on static SSR — no database, content as files.

Markdown content pipeline for static pages (Content/pages)
Posts (news) with list and detail pages (Content/posts)
Events with an overview page and a subscribable ICS feed (Content/events.yml)
Layout with header navigation and footer; home page with a news teaser
Route smoke tests (every route returns 200)
Code, scripts and docs in English; content and UI text in German
Editor guide: docs/inhalte-pflegen.md
