Gives the site a considered look on mobile and desktop — no UI framework,
no external resources, still plain static SSR with no JavaScript.

  • Mobile nav & pinned header: the header stays at the top while
scrolling; on narrow screens the menu collapses behind a hamburger,
driven purely by a hidden CSS checkbox.
  • Warm design system: one set of design tokens (colours, spacing,
radius, shadow) as the single source; posts, events, and FAQs render as
cards, with the shared card styles global so list pages and the home
    embeds match.
  • Dark mode: follows the system setting via prefers-color-scheme (no
toggle, so no JS or cookie); the dark palette is tuned for soft, readable
text with headings a step brighter than body copy.
