Editor-written Markdown (page bodies, posts, FAQ answers, list intros) now renders inside .markdown-body and gets a consistent look; editors can lay out pages themselves with ::: blocks.
Markdown.cs: UseCustomContainers (design blocks), UsePipeTables (tables), DisableHtml (raw HTML is escaped; it was passed through before). Paragraphs/list items consisting of a single link get the class lone-link (mail button, PDF card).
app.css: styles for headings, lists, quotes, links, external/PDF links, tables, images, hr and the blocks kennzahlen, aufruf, kacheln, hinweis; new --color-button token with dark variant.
Tests: MarkdownTests (unit) and a route smoke test for .markdown-body + container on /patrons.
docs/redaktion.md: new section "Gestaltungsbausteine". Dev seed: new bodies for patrons, contact, downloads. Schema unchanged.

Does any production body contain raw HTML? It would show up as text after deploy.
The PDFs linked in the new downloads body do not exist under wwwroot/dokumente/ yet.
Route smoke tests (Docker) not run yet.
