PocketBase client (Elternbeirat.Contracts + Elternbeirat.PocketBase, WallClock time-zone fix)
Two-container stack eb-stack (eb-blazor + eb-pocketbase), prod/dev/test overlay, Rider run config
Integration tests start PocketBase from the real compose files (no more Testcontainers), 26 green
Docs: new docs/entwicklung.md + docs/redaktion.md, deployment.md updated
Still open (not in this PR): the app does not read from PocketBase yet — DI, renderer, routes are the rest of #8
Deploy note: compose.yaml changes a lot → on Unraid do Compose Down/Up, not just a pull
